The company is engaged in marine fish farming. The company was founded in 1973 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Val de San Vicente, Spain. The company specializes in the production of fish brood stock and mussel seed. Every year thousands of dorade, bass, clams and oysters are grown in the company's facilities for supply to its own farms as well as buyers on the domestic and foreign markets. About 18 million fry, primarily dorade and bass, were grown to a size of about 2 grams during the year 2000. Its annual production of young clams and oysters is more than 90 million. They are sold at a size of three to 16 mm.
